Charles Thibodeaux and The Austin Cajun Aces have received the "Best First CD" award for "Hommage à Andrew Cormier" at the 2009 Le Cajun Award and Festival sponsored by the Cajun French Music Association.
The winners were announced at the LeCajun Awards in Blackum Coliseum in Lafayette LA on Aug 21st, 2009.
